Polyscale’s microstructuring processes enable two-dimensional light guides that meet the most stringent requirements. But films with optical functions are also part of the portfolio. These are either combined with light guides or can be independently shone through directly by LED to emit the light as desired.

The theoretical calculation of the optical functionalities is performed software-based in advance during the development phase. This can be a pure adaptation of existing solutions, or a completely new development with elaborate lighting simulations.

Polyscale also offers the appropriate LED solutions for its customers. Standard solutions often do not meet the design or lighting requirements. Then a corresponding development takes place, which is also economically feasible for small quantities.

The final combination of all components results in individual system solutions from polyscale. Wide-area luminous units with a small installation depth as well as high uniformity and efficiency can be assembled from a variety of components at the customer’s request. In addition to completely individualized variants, polyscale offers LED panels based on a modular system, so that standardized solutions are served for applications in the fields of machine lighting, furniture and exhibition stand construction or retail.
