Since our foundation in 2012, we have been engaged in the fabrication of nano- and microstructures on large surfaces. To this end, we have developed and optimized various production processes for the efficient manufacture of functional surfaces in plastic components. Based on the holistic of value chains established by us for the production of microstructured components, we support our customers from the product idea to the realization of series production.
From the design and identification of suitable structure types for a wide range of applications, through the production of samples and small batches, to series production, we accompany our customers along the path of product creation. The combination of production technology know-how with design competencies for functionalized surfaces enables a seamless transfer of laboratory samples to series production. In addition to the continuous further development of our production processes, we develop materials in order to be able to adjust the property profiles of surfaces not only via the topography, but also via the material properties.
