These are intended to be used in the production of functional films in a roll-to-roll process. One application is photocatalytic structures that can be used in green hydrogen production. Anti-soiling structures can also be produced to reduce the adhesion of water and dirt on the surface of solar cells. Overall, the production of solar energy can thus be optimized. Both applications promote renewable energies and are alligned with the objectives of the NRW and EU.
